How We Work & Terms & Conditions

Matchmaker Caroline has experienced the frustrations of dating apps, as well as received a poor service from a Matchmaker who did not respect her age and location preferences. Weston Club Matchmaking aims to provide a better, more fair and transparent service. Our pricing is up front and we clearly explain what service we provide and what we don't, so you can decide if the service is for you or not. Please read the below before signing up so you know what to expect.

How We Work

  1. The first step is to book an online consultation for a time that suits you. The consultations will take 20 - 30 minutes. Caroline will collect your information and your Partner Preferences.
  2. Our custom software with match you with those who meet 100% of your Partner Preferences. The Partner Preference you can choose from are:
  • ​​gender,
  • counties,
  • age-range,
  • height,
  • whether you are willing to date someone who has children or not,
  • whether you are willing to date someone with children over the age of 18,
  • whether you want a partner who wants or does not want kids,
  • body type (slim, athletic average, cuddly, extra cuddly),
  • non-smoker/vaping/smoker,
  • drinking (yes, no, occassionally),
  • drugs (yes, no, occassionally),
  • vegetarian/vegan/halal,
  • religion,
  • education level,
  • and whether you are open to dating a full-time or part-time farmer.
  1. We do not match on appearance, personality or hobbies & interests as these need to be decided by you and your own personal preference in what you find attractive and who you click with during your video-call/date with your match. You will like some of your matches and not like others. All we can guarantee is that your matches will meet your Partner Preferences as listed above.
  2. We will not match you with someone who does not meet your Partner Preferences; or, on the rare occasion that we do, it will be a free introduction.
  3. Based on the prices of dating websites and other matchmakers, we feel that our pricing is fair for the service we provide, which is roughly €25 per introduction. Caroline's strategy is to introduce you to as many people as is needed until you find a partner. You can top-up your account as needed and keep working with Caroline for as long as you need.
  4. Our 20 - 30-minute consultation is €100, and includes two free introductions so you can get an idea of how our service works. This is refundable before you have your consultation should you decide to cancel. It cannot be refunded once you have had your consultation as it covers the cost of Caroline's time on the video-call and setting you up on our database. Two introductions are included at no extra charge so you can get a feel for the service.
  5. When you top-up, the amount paid is not refundable. Even if you do not receive introductions very often, please be assured that Caroline is regularly checking your profile to see if there are any new matches for you. The more introductions we send you, the more likely we will have success for you, so your profile will be checked at least once per month, but likely more often than that.

Terms & Conditions

Weston Club have taken items that we did not like about other matchmaking services.
  1. Members must be single or unattached, and free to form a relationship.
  2. Members must provide passport or other acceptable form of identification together with telephone number and email address. All information supplied is understood to be correct but we cannot guarantee its accuracy and therefore cannot be responsible for any inaccuracies.
  3. Weston Club undertakes to introduce members to potential partners. We cannot guarantee success, falling in love, getting marries or otherwise. We cannot make people like you and can only provide you with the opportunity to meet people. An introduction is defined by the acceptance of the Client and their selected introduction both agreeing to be put in contact with each-other. For the avoidance of doubt the term “introduction” does not imply any guarantee of a face to face meeting between the client and their selected introduction. Weston Club agrees to supply the Client with a true assessment of people as far as it is able and can only supply particulars that have been accepted in good faith.
  4. Weston Club guarantees the confidentiality of member’s profiles which will not be provided to third parties unless by prior agreement. Members must keep details and identities of any member absolutely confidential and must not discuss other members to whom they have been introduced.
  5. I agree that I am responsible for ensuring my own personal safety. Introductions are offered on the basis that members take all necessary precautions for meetings/dates. We recommend first doing a video-call and if meeting face to face that it be in a public place.
  6. I agree to treat fellow members with courtesy and good manners. Membership will be terminated without notice or entitlement to refund if a member engages in defamatory dialogue with introductions about Weston Club, or behaves in an inappropriate or disrespectful way to other members, or Weston Club’s team.
  7. Weston Club is not bound to accept any person for membership.
  8. Refusal to follow up on introduction that have been accepted by both parties may result in termination of your membership. Members must at minimum have a video-call with clients whose profiles they have accepted. A face-to-face meeting is optional.
  9. For reasons of discretion Weston Club does not normally pro-actively phone members to check on progress. I agree that it is my responsibility to inform Weston Club of any issue affecting my membership. Weston Club will arrange introductions providing I have made every effort to hold a video-call with members with whom I have been introduced.
  10. It is my responsibility to inform Weston Club if I no longer wish my name to be included in the company records.
  11. Membership can be put on hold if you enter into a relationship or have other circumstances preventing you from meeting new introductions.
