13 Speed-Dating Events & 3 Parties Later!

It's been a while since our last update about our Halloween Part in 2025 - and a lot has happened since then!

Since that last blog post, we have hosted 13 more speed-dating events and 3 large singles parties, bringing hundreds of singles together in Galway.

We've had hugely successful Christmas, Valentine's and Back to the 80s parties, each with between 90 and 110 guests. We've seen plenty of people coupling up, deep in conversation, phone numbers being exchanged and new connections forming throughout the night.

Our speed-dating events have kept us just as busy, with events for different age groups and plenty of new faces coming through the doors. One of the nicest things to see is how quickly the nerves disappear. People often arrive a little apprehensive - particularly if they have come alone - but once the first few conversations begin, the atmosphere quickly becomes relaxed, friendly and full of chat.

We've had hundreds of matches, first dates, second dates and people continuing to see each other after meeting at our events. We always respect our guests' privacy, so we don't share individual stories without permission, but we love hearing when a Weston Club event has lead to something more.
